This is one of the four Christchurch Integrated Government Accommodation (CIGA) projects designed to revitalise Christchurch after the 2011 earthquakes and encourage innovation and collaboration across government agencies. The Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment is the lead agency for this development. The other co-locating agencies are the Ministry of Social Development and Department of Conservation.
