Working in close conjunction with the client’s international property affiliate we developed the first truly ‘modern office’ in New Zealand.

Open plan work areas were furnished with modular demountable breakout rooms and storage walls promoting a dynamic environment.

The premises were recognised as being leading edge in office design particularly in the health and safety of the office worker, the integration of technology and the efficiency of a workplace that promotes communication and versatility.
