Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment Manukau Institute of Technology Levels 4 & 5. The client sought to consolidate their locally based Market Services and Immigration groups into one site. This new building offered an exciting combination of transport interchange, tertiary campus and green star office space.   Located on the upper floors the fitout was planned to take advantage of the view shafts and natural light offered by the six story central atrium.
