This project implemented the client’s previous Ways of Working decisions to accommodate the different functions they perform — customer facing, distribution, production, call centre and office work. 

A new inter floor stair adjacent shared communal and collaborative hub spaces visually connects teams on different floors and encourages staff to move more frequently between floors for different activities.

Technology and furniture solutions, an 80:100 people to desk ratio and new behaviours ensure people can work in flexible, innovative and efficient ways to achieve DIA's National Property strategy principles and business goals.
